What the LizzFlix public beta promises, what remains best-effort, and how credits, privacy, and support work.
Beta defaults
- Private by default
- No training on user prompts, uploads, or outputs
- 18+ only
- No SLA
- Limited refunds for legal obligations, duplicate billing, or clear service failures
What users should expect
- Most studio actions run as durable account jobs and survive refreshes or page navigation.
- Providers can still reject, moderate, or delay jobs upstream.
- Credits are the billing unit shown in the app.
- The main app hosts the canonical legal routes:
/legal/terms/legal/privacy/legal/acceptable-use/legal/beta/legal/billing-refunds/legal/ai-content/legal/contact
Support
- Use the in-app
/legal/contactflow for support, privacy, billing, and takedown requests during the beta. - Direct operator and contact details will be published before commercial launch.
