Troubleshooting
What to check when a generation, upload, or billing action fails.
If a generation seems missing
Open the jobs menu in the top bar first. Running and recent jobs stay attached to your account even if you navigate away or refresh.
If uploads fail
Large media uploads go directly from the browser to the Cloudflare worker and then to R2. If an upload fails, refresh the page and retry with a fresh upload session.
If pricing looks wrong
Refresh the page to pull the latest worker-backed model catalog. Pricing labels are no longer meant to come from stale local estimates.
If billing or auth fails
Check the profile page for plan state, available credits, and recent usage. For persistent errors, use the internal support/admin tools and inspect Sentry plus Cloudflare worker logs together.
